Welcome and thank you for joining the Wooten School of Administration Focus Group!
We are honored to have you participate in the review of our Online Administrator Course hosted through SkillCertAcademy. Your role in this focus group is vital. Your insights, ideas, and honest feedback will help shape and improve the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of the course content for future administrators across North Carolina.
This focus group was created to give you an early, in-depth look at our curriculum and to empower you to share what’s working—and what could be better. Whether it's the structure, materials, quizzes, or overall learning experience, your voice will guide our final revisions.
As a token of our appreciation, all focus group participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for the online portion of the course. This certificate qualifies you to attend our live, in-person classroom session, where you will complete the remaining hours required to receive your 20-Hour Administrator Certificate. That certificate can then be submitted as part of the official application process to begin your licensing journey with the State of North Carolina.
