Understanding Sciatica and Effective Treatment Approaches


Sciatica is a condition characterized by pain that radiates along the sciatic nerve, which runs from the lower back through the hips, buttocks, and down each leg. This pain often arises from irritation, inflammation, or compression of the nerve, commonly due to herniated discs, spinal stenosis, or injury.
